Why do we like this?

Sydney's trio Walking Who has been around the traps a few times. They released their first music back in 2010; a few EPs down (and another one coming up soon), and the guys have really hit their stride -- their current single "With Roses" is gaining them plenty of accolades. One such accolade is a coveted spot at the upcoming Iceland Airwaves Festival (alongside the likes of the War on Drugs and Jungle) as a winner of the recent FBi Northern Lights competition. 

"With Roses" is a fantastic mix of genres, with elements of psych, folk, and pop fused together. The result is a incredibly atmospheric single, one which has been sending me off into a trance for the last thirty minutes.

The wintery backdrop of Reykjavik will be perfectly suited to the Walking Who. Take a look at their stacked SoundCloud for plenty more atmospheric gems.
