Why do we like this?

Can you believe that The Strokes' debut album Is This It turned 13 years old this year? I dare say that it was a record that had an influence on quite a few modern musical heavyweights, including Melbourne's Oh Mercy. 

The group have put together a simply divine cover of "Someday," a single that is possibly everyone's favorite from the debut album. Led by the always impressive vocals of frontman Alexander Gow, this is a stripped down acoustic rendition that you don't want to miss -- I'll admit, I even got a little emotional by the end of it.
