Why do we like this?

It's been 7 years since The Strokes released their last album Comedown Machine, so naturally there's a bit of buzz now that the word is out about their impending release of The New Abnormal.

"Bad Decisions" is the first single to catch my attention. It starts off with a Blink 182-esque guitar line, but quickly segues into a much more familiar Strokes vibe.

Interestingly enough, this song was co-written alongside Billy Idol and Tony James. Perhaps that's why it keeps a bit of a throwback sound?
