Why do we like this?

The Strokes really got me quite excited when they released "One Way Trigger" a few weeks back. It had a thoroughly original sound, one that I hadn't expected to hear from the band.

Alas, "All The Time" falls short of my expectations: it's a pretty boring, cut-and-dry track that doesn't deviate from the norm in any way, shape or form.

Fingers crossed that this isn't an indicator of the bulk of their new album Comedown Machine.
