Why do we like this?

New York City's The Skins always punch with energetic hits that are as R&B, as they are rock, as they are pure anthemic. Their new single "With My People" sounds a little like SZA's Ctrl if it was more about community instead of a reflection on one person's experiences and heartbreak. 

I'm loving how the smooth vocals combine with moments that one can dance to and other moments that one can cry to, while always remaining an absolute joy.
