Why do we like this?

The Preatures are playing Coachella? All the way from Australia? Damn, that's cool!

Unfortunately I won't be at the festival this year (Cape Town's a bit too far away to make the trip from), but there's good news: the band have just released a new single titled "Better Than It Ever Could Be."

This song is absolute fire. It has all the elements of a great rock'n'roll song, and yet I don't hate it. And that's saying a lot: I really don't like generic rock'n'roll.

If we had a rating system, I'd give this track top marks. Hopefully you'll like it too.
