Why do we like this?

I've been keeping my eyes on The Plastics for as long as I can remember. Well...to be more accurate, since roughly 2009.

The Cape Town-based band have been "on the scene" for quite some time now, which naturally increases the pressure to continue innovating. 

"Table Manners" marks the second release off their upcoming album In Threes (following up "All I Really Want"). While it retains an easy-to-follow approach, the intricate underpinnings hint at the interesting direction the band are taking with this LP (I've had a chance to listen to two other tracks, and they're arguably even better).
