Why do we like this?
The Ok-Ok's are back with their second video, "British Columbia," the second track of their second album, 22/17. They seemingly love being second, but their new video is my number 1 for this week's newest releases.
It's been a while since I've stumbled upon a group like this, with such a wholesome and passionate sound. They're the perfect amounts of grime and groove, and incredibly fun to listen to. The drums are so punchy behind frontwoman Sadie's powerful voice, and it's all so enticing.
If you're into The Ok-Ok's, definitely check them out live. Their performances are top tier, just like their records, and you'll want to catch them now before they blow up and you miss your shot at an intimate show.
