Why do we like this?

I'm not sure if Angus & Julia Stone got in a big fight or something, but Julia Stone is pushing hard on her own release By The Horns and has fronted this cover of The National's "Bloodbuzz Ohio" as evidence of her talent.

The first time I gave it a listen was a couple days ago. My reaction was that there was no way this did justice to the emotion of the original song by The National (off High Violet). But, the more I give it an opportunity, the more it grows on me. Perhaps you'll share the same experience!
