Why do we like this?
Yesterday I left San Francisco, and I have no idea when I'm going to return. Granted, things are all going as planned: in a couple days I'm flying out of LA to travel around Europe for six months. Then down to Cape Town. The goal? To develop and roll out the new version of Indie Shuffle!
Anywho, while driving down from SF to Socal (7 hours), my sources of music basically dried out: my iPod wouldn't charge and my cell phone wasn't getting good reception. So, I turned on the radio (gasp!). Lo and behold, The Mowgli's "San Francisco" was one of the first tunes I heard, and given circumstances it jumped out as wholly appropriate.
So, here's to San Francisco (and The Mowgli's).
