Why do we like this?

There is so much music on this planet. As I near my 500th post on Indie Shuffle, which doesn't seem like much, it's hard to wrap my head around how songs can still affect me as much as "deadheads." does. 

Even more staggering is the large proportion of really great music that only narrowly misses the cut. I'm going to po' some liquor for all of those tracks that didn't get reviewed.

Only problem is that it's cold, so I'm drinking tea. That, and you know, we don't drink at work.
