Why do we like this?
When I saw this cover pop up in my feed I must say I was hoping for the best: two bands have in the past covered this single to great success (AlunaGeorge and The Morning Benders), so expectations were high.
Fortunately for London-based We Were Evergreen, they not only lived up to standards, but actually exceeded them. In fact, their rendition of The Jungle Book's "I Wanna Be Like You" comes across as being so original that it could even be considered for inclusion in an album. But I digress...
What's important here is that this is a rad cover and your eardrums will thank you for hitting play.
