Why do we like this?

Last week, Compton MC Kendrick Lamar professed his admiration for Taylor Swift in an interview with Fader, singing the chorus to Swift's phenomenal hit, "Shake It Off." 

So it come as no surprise that a Lamar/Swift mashup has hit the Interwebs. Perennial mashup kings The Hood Internet have taken Lamar's raps from "Backstreet Freestyle" and laid them over Swift's "Shake It Off," and the results are unbelievable.

Lamar's flow fits the song's R&-flavored pop like a glove, while Swift's party-down chorus is made even better by Lamar's presence.

These two need to collaborate for real!
