The Griswolds Beware The Dog

It feels like an eternity since we've heard from The Griswolds. They were once the darlings of the indie pop scene here in Australia, and with their new single "Beware The Dog," it's not that hard to see why.

If you're having a pretty terrible day, there's no better remedy than this upbeat and jangly single. If you are listening closely, however, you will notice the rather melancholic lyrics shrouded in tropical bliss. Turns out this song is about losing someone they were really close to -- paying homage to both the good and bad times. 

The Sydney quintet have been hard at work on a debut album, which has been long overdue, but surely worth the wait. If you're in the states be sure to catch one of their shows next month!
