Why do we like this?

With holiday party season well and truly upon us, those of us lucky enough to be selecting the music are having to draw deep for tracks which appeal as much to grandmas and the boss' other-halves as they do to our contemporaries.

One solution to this dilemma is this brass-band cover of Todd Terje's smash hit "Inspector Norse," a killer funky revision which should appeal to all ages.

It's the handiwork of 27 year-old Londoner Gene Dudley and his crew, and has already received support from Gilles Peterson and Terje himself. "Inspector Norse" is available for just £1 digitally or £6 for a vinyl via Bandcamp.
