The Death Of Pop are having a strong 2013 so far. After releasing a few singles in January, including "Girl I Can't Forget," they then released a few physical records. Their latest was a 10" released via Pictogram Records about a month ago (grab the limited edition copy here.)
This band always brightens my day when they release a new song, and this track, "Sun In My Eyes," has jingle-jangle synths and guitar riffs, as well as soft, shoegaze vocals. Hope it lifts your mood, too!
