Why do we like this?

The Cactus Channel's single "Storefront" is an easy-listening indie soul hybrid for the masses.

The composition has a lot of layers to unfold, each one integral to the final product. The electric guitar pairs nicely with the keys, offering a bright tone which contrasts the horn section nicely. The bass holds its own, laying a foundation that the drums compliment perfectly. The vocals float atop the instrumentals, offering up unassuming melodies and pleasantly surprising earworm for its listeners.
