Why do we like this?

I think most of you will agree when I say that there are far too few female fronted rock bands out there. Well today I am quite pleased to present The Aces, an all-female rock quartet from Utah and their debut single "Stuck."

My first impression was that this release was going to be ridiculously poppy, and I mean girl group poppy. Lo and behold the opening guitar lines and vocal diversification completely took me by surprise.

It's a very earnest performance from a band that you would think we're onto their second or third album, but for a debut release this is really quite impressive

Excited to see what these guys come up with next!
