This is a love song about coconuts. That is clear from the onset of this track. It's a deep and twisted romance in which the one half of this love story is cracked open and it's insides are consumed through a straw.
I'm actually not sure if that is the premise of this song, the video didn't allude to the above scenario at all. Like, not even remotely.
I think I need to pay a bit better attention to lyrics going forward. Or not, and just watch more videos:
