Why do we like this?

Portland's Tango Alpha Tango is gearing up for their newest album release, Black Cloud, and in preparation for that, I'd like to present to you their single "Kill & Haight."

This track is gritty, raw, and straight to the point. No ifs, ands or buts, Tango Alpha Tango aren't afraid to bring it heavy and loud. The quintessential fuzzy electric guitar, bellowing bass, and shuffling drums makes for a classic blues rock sound, nasty riffs and all. This band's sound is reminiscent of the emerging 60s and 70s psych blues rock movement, but they've put their own twist of modern effects in the mix.

July 16 is the date to remember if you want to hear more Tango Alpha Tango. That's when their LP, Black Cloud, drops. It should be a squelcher!
