The Sands of Hindsight

Tame Impala's "No Choice" is a buzzing and electric track that seems to bounce around in a desert of soul and funk.

The sound that Tame Impala has created for themselves is not only unique in sound but also just, in its status within the pop culture — I know what I want when I listen to Tame Impala. This surprise release makes me so happy I had ever discovered them.

With "No Choice," there's a booming narrative on the irrelevance of choice and opinion spliced with soulful instrumentation, as well as statically charged guitars solos and an immensity in character so warm it burns like a sun.

I love this track, it's enigmatic and exciting, flowing and hard rock all at the same time.
