Hawt damn. London's Fake Blood is back with a banger of a remix, so ladies it's time to hold on to our pants. With a solid coat of grime and fat bass lines standard in his musical packages, the UK resident is more than a strong power player in the electronic world. His latest work came out yesterday his SoundCloud profile, a remix of fellow Londonite Sway's "Level Up" due for official release April 8.
Super-charged, this remix is classically unique Fake Blood. From the first beat Fake Blood takes off hard, relentlessly banging out each beat throughout the five or so minutes. Sway's lyrics come in, stating "we level up," and Fake Blood starts the face meltage with chopped vocals, stratified electro blips, and choice lyric samples. No matter where you are, Friday night starts when the masculine bass line comes to the party.
Sway's original track, produced by Flux Pavilion, is so startlingly different, exemplifying Fake Blood's amazing, not to be forsaken remix talents. I feel beautifully dirty after listening to this, and I'm not even on a steamy dance floor.
