Why do we like this?

You know it's a good day when Superhumanoids rerelease an oldie but goodie. The L.A. based synth-pop group is back at it with a re-release of their 2010 track "Hey Big Bang," which servesas the B-side to their latest single, "Come Say Hello."

The reworked track is more of an upbeat affair than the original mix, with plenty of 80s synth flair and some reserved but still intriguing vocals that we have come to expect from Superhumanoids. Darkness collides with pop on this one, alongside some super crisp production.

The band continues to help define the genre of synth-pop -- great stuff, and a welcome addition to any summer playlist.
