Why do we like this?
For a long time, sounding like anything akin to the 80s was a big no. But in the last few years we've tipped the pendulum just enough for it to be considered cool to be inspired by this old skool sound.
Londoners will have heard SUNS bubbling under in the new music scene for a short time, but with "Catalyse" the band have shown they have what it takes to bring the bar up to the next level.
With vocals sharing similarities to the hugely popular Olly Alexander from Years & Years, they're standing just to the left with their haunting melodies and smart production.
