You know you're good when your unearthed old B-sides from years past so easily put other artists to shame. Well, there's good, and then there's SS. We've come to expect a certain standard from the indie folk godfather in both artistic cred and ingenuity, no matter what area of the musical spectrum he sets his sights on. Here, chillwave is the target, and Sufjan hits the bullseye with ease.
Is it a teaser for a new project, or truly just a B-side he dug up to post on his Tumblr for no reason? Whatever it is, it's a more than pleasant surprise.
