Who's talking about Strange Talk? Well, apparently everyone in Melbourne. Band members Stephen Docker, Gerard Sidhu, Travis Constable, and Gillan Gregory throw indie rock, synth, and electronic in a blender (adding elements from bands like Phoenix, Cut Copy, and Yeasayer just for good measure). They are catchy, upbeat, and are the perfect addition to any dance party mix.
Emerging from the island of criminals in February 2010, this band is a baby on the indie/electronic scene. Rumor has it that an EP will be out before New Year's Eve, but I'm sure they're counting on a full-length in 2011 to really get the party started.
