Why do we like this?

Still Parade's single "Portals" is slightly psych-filled, a bit pop-focused, and a whole lot catchy.

The carefully curated composition yields an orchestral, easy-listening feel. The vocals drift smoothly atop the piano and electric guitar, which entwine themselves energetically. The bass is a lone ranger, providing a deep and structured indie pop foundation. The synths add a lovely tinge of experimental psych sounds that draw you in and hold on tight until the song concludes. It's easy to get lost in such an engaging track.
