EDIT: Sorry if this review doesn't make any sense.

I'm going to disagree with Steven, if things were any better than they are right now, they could then still be better after that, and when does this cycle stop? We'd surely find ourselves in a perpetual upward cycle.

No one is complaining. Perhaps, in this alternate reality, everything increases in perpetuity with no end for everything, and therefore citizens are too afraid to complain, or do anything negative, for the result would be terrible.

My reality in this situation would be easy, I'd put this song on (I'm just saying that to be nice, could you imagine listening to one song for the rest of your life/in perpetuity, perhaps at an increasing volume?). In actuality I'd probably put on some Rick and Morty.
