Okay, I'm usually really good at pulling "sounds like" artists out of my brain, and there are two artists at the tip of my tongue for this one. So I'm going to think out loud and hope they come.

Okay, I got one. Cat Power. But who the hell is the second? GRRR. It's an amazingly talented guitar player and female vocalist, and her name is... c'mon brain...
