Why do we like this?

I'm always more than happy to feature a fellow South African on the website, especially when that man happens to be Jean-Philip Grobler of St. Lucia.

With their late-2012 EP September behind them, JP and the band are now gearing up for debut album When The Night, set to be released in October of this year via Neon Gold. "Elevate" is the first official single accompanying the announcement of the album -- an upbeat and synth-poppy tune with somewhat of an anthemic / tropical vibe.

I would expect of course that prior singles such as "September" and "All Eyes On You" could also be on the album, but to my knowledge an official track listing has not been released as of my writing this. So...enjoy it for what it is :)
