Why do we like this?

This one's short and sweet, though I suppose that's par for the course in 2023. Turns out all Somni really needs is 2:37 of song to win me over and pull me back again and again.

"Cracks" is a heartfelt, multi-textured song that hints at Filous, but has a much more laid back approach. The LA-based Brit has had a fair bit of support across the blogosphere with previous releases, but this marks his first appearance on Indie Shuffle - and a lovely one at that.

Somni has a few other tracks under his belt this year, and I can only assume there's an EP or album on the horizon. If you're curious, for me "Gravity" is pretty easy on the ears.
