Ahead of the release of Sofi de la Torre's full-length record, Another. Not Me. I’m Done, the Spanish R&B vocalist has dropped one last track from the album, the alluring "d.g.i.t."
An acronym for 'Don't Get It Twisted,' this latest song captures Sofi's dreamy vocals over a melancholy production from longtime collaborator Jonas Karlsson. Speaking with Pop Crush, Sofi had this to say about the track:
“I actually wrote ‘Don’t Get It Twisted’ a day after I wrote ‘Flex Your Way Out.’ It was a song that made me feel good from the get go, such a chill vibe,” Sofi tells us. “The demo production was totally different than it is now, but I think that feel good spirit remains. My summer jam for sure.”
