The story behind this track is pretty cool, especially if you're wondering how Kevin "SNBRN" Chapman was able to make a track featuring the late, great hip-hop artist Nate Dogg.
The vocals used in this track are actually Nate Dogg's. They come from a previously unreleased a capella that was officially granted to Kevin for use by Nate Dogg's estate and Reach Music Publishing. And if you think that happens often, it doesn't. It's the first time such a request has been granted to any artist.
The end result is something pretty special. It's a very workable blend of Kevin's signature 'sunset house' with Nate's legacy genius for hip-hop.
