Why do we like this?

It's not nice of us to blame Monday for our miseries when it's actually the weekend's fault. Some Mondays feel like being plunged in cold water, which, notably, this one does. Luckily I had Sleepless's "Get Away" saved in my Master Playlistto dry me off and warm me up.

I've never thought about Mondays as the weekend's fault, but the start of a new work week wouldn't be so tiring if we refrained from festivities and continued pounding as cogs in the unrelenting capitalism machine.

Are weekends even healthy? Is it balanced to have all your free time at the end of a weekly rotation? I think two days on, one day off would be a more balanced approach to life, don't you?
