Why do we like this?

"Remain" is the newest single from Swedish sensation Skott. Having premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show, the track is a little different to her past releases. 

While "Remain" still captures the left-field pop sound Skott has been conjuring up, it dives more into the electronic side of things. The creeping melody is offset by twinkling synths, with Skott's voice heavily auto-tuned and quite restrained. 

"Remain" is another reminder of not only Skott's artistry, but her chameleon-like ability to write songs that weave through various genres without sounding forced or unnatural.
