Skizzy Mars. Aka SkizTheRapper aka Skizzius Maximus aka Myles Mills. Pick your favorite moniker, and remember the name, because this young lad is on the up-and-up.
In his tender career as a hip-hop artist, Skizzy has carved out an impressive niche fan base who are very loyal to his music and his movement. From righteous Douchebag to popular underground NYC rapper, he's gaining steam and paving the way for alternative rap.
Skizzy recently impressed the blogosphere with a stellar full-length project called Phases, stepping out as an artist to be reckoned with. Since then, we've been blessed with a few singles (check out "Summer 11"), most recently "Moments" featuring Ms Jones. Shout out to producer Mikey Jones, who's the talented cat behind this infectious beat.
As Skizzy puts it in his Facebook profile, he's "changing what you thought was music every fucking day." We really, really appreciate that, Skiz.
