Why do we like this?
I've loved Fareoh's music since first hearing his atmospheric electronica on "Scream Your Name." Lately he's been producing huge tracks like his remix of "Love Myself" and his collab with Ethan Thompson, "Fight For You."
Call it what you wanna call it, "Alcoholics" is a genre-blending release that shows a different side of Fareoh we haven't seen before. Furthermore, it's a mixture of two sounds I'd never thought I'd enjoy together.
He takes Skizzy Mars's rap stylings and layers them over relaxed acoustic guitars. The resulting sound is a marriage of fluttering trop-house synths blended with R&B and hip-hop.
