Why do we like this?

A four piece from Melbourne, Sister Socrates are slowly flowing into the consciousness of the city's music scene. Their debut track isn't brand new, but it may be to many people and that's something that needs to change.

Riding forward with the momentum of its off-kilter beat, "Knife's Edge" still holds an air of haunting melancholy. Waves of gentle distortion and absorbing guitar lines underscore the persistent melody, the words caught on the edge of comprehension as they draw you in entirely.

It's a lovely song and promises great things from these guys as we all look forward to more from them. Definitely ones to watch.
