Why do we like this?

Talk about a match made in heaven. A SiR release is always met with a high level of excitement in my world, but seeing a feature from UK singer-songwriter Etta Bond on “Something New” further guaranteed chills.

The Top Dawg Entertainment signee balances simple, effortless lyrics and his impeccable vocals over a delicate, trumpet-focused beat, where the production by German upstart Rascal creates -- dare I say -- a song at the perfect crossroads of modern soul and R&B.

The flawless duet allows both vocalists their own chance in the spotlight, before joining together in the chorus.
