Why do we like this?
Sir Sly just released their debut album You Haunt Me to great success, so naturally you'd expect the remixes to come in. Except not in this way...
Why do I say that, you ask? Well, RAEKO happens to actually be Jason Suwito, a member of Sir Sly. On top of that, if I'm not mistaken he actually had a pretty heavy hand in the production of the album. Needless to say, getting the stems for this song was probably pretty easy.
Generally, it's a pretty smooth remix, falling squarely in some sort of dream pop vibe. The only part sorta throwing me off is the stuttering at the 1:25 mark -- but hell, I can look past that.
