Why do we like this?

Silver Cup is a band I only recently discovered. However, after just a few songs I can say that I'm quickly becoming a fan.

Their newest song "No Longer Love" was just released Friday and it's a good example of a song that you can easily dance to with its great beat along with Hadley Nelson's amazing vocals. But it also has a deeper meaning to it if you listen to the lyrics.

The song deals with the struggles with wanting to hold on to something even though you know it's no good for you. You can interpret that as a bad relationship, or a negative habit or whatever you like. But it's "No Longer Love" because you realize that it's hurting you and you're holding on out of fear not love.

"No Longer Love" is just a great listen and hopefully it's one that'll lead to Silver Cup blowing up even more because I can't wait to hear more from them.
