Why do we like this?

London-based producer and vocalist Shift K3Y has unveiled the first offerings from his forthcoming Off The Record project, "2 Doors" and "Crying In My Sleep."

Both are great tracks, but I can't help but to be drawn more towards "Crying In My Sleep." Shift K3Y is a pretty good vocalist in his own right, but for this track he's given the honors to Andrea Martin. Captivating you from the start, Martin's gorgeous vocals  overlay the soft piano in the first seven seconds. His voice sets the stage for a real surprise when the bounce drops in shortly after. 

I challenge you to listen to this one and not reach for the hairbrush.
