Most of you have probably heard theSound Remedyremix of Shel's "When The Sky Fell,"but had yet to take a moment to listen to the original. Well, I'm here to change that.
The orchestral track consists of beautiful piano chords, acoustic finger picking, violin, harp, and female vocals, all backed up with soprano harmonies.
The band consists of sisters Sarah, Hannah, Eva, and Liza, and is all about folk revival and ethereal harmonies. Together the quartet covers nine instruments not including vocals, to which they all contribute their own unique sound.
Relatively new on the scene, these ladies have acquired almost solely positive critiques;I wouldn't be surprised if we had another HAIM on our hands. Give them a listen and who knows, maybe we'll see them take over Glastonbury in 2015 !
