Why do we like this?

This is a jive. Certain words our parents passed down have found a place in our modern vocabulary, others, like jive, have sauntered to the background.

With this Seb Wildblood track we see the resurgence of something great. Along with it words from the past like dandy and swell come to mind. Isn't it funny that all of these new-turn-old words also describe the song that you're listening to.

It's not funny, nor is it coincidence. It was on purpose. I'm a 50 year old man trapped in a younger body and it's too confusing trying to keep up with 'lit' and 'swag'. Maybe it's worth trying out 'swell' and 'jive'?
