Why do we like this?
For an instrumental track, this has to be one of the most beautiful songs I've heard all year. And what makes it all the more special is that we haven't heard new music from SBTRKT in a long, long time. It's good to know he's got more tunes up his sleeves!
According to SBTRKT's Twitter account, "IMO" was released simply for the sake of releasing new music. While officially "unmastered," this version sounds almost perfect to my ears, and takes a markedly different approach to prior success "Wildfire (Ft. Little Dragon)."
