Why do we like this?
It's quite a nice stage in your career to be -- one whereby you set free an old, unreleased track and watch it quickly take the internet by storm. Such was the situation for SBTRKT a couple days ago, when he unleashed "Atomic Peace" on the blogosphere.
As with any successful online track (or so it seems), there has to be a remix. Enter Hannes Fischer, the Berlin-based deep house artist responsible for another of our recent SOTD remixes (of a Feist original). The net result is an even more ambient electronic take on an already pretty mellow track. Quite sure I'm digging it.
