Why do we like this?

Honestly, I wasn't expecting to like this song  at all, which is probably why I'm here sharing it with you today.

When I think of Santigold I associate it with high-energy, uptempo world music. But "Chasing Shadows" has a fantastic downtempo reggae vibe, not unlike a good Major Lazer song.

Keep an eye out for Santigold's upcoming album 99 ¢ents, due for release on February 26th and available for pre-order here.
