Why do we like this?

"Timmy's Prayer" is London singer/songwriter and producer Sampha's first solo releases in over a year.

Before posting the track on Facebook, Sampha released this message to his fans;

“Hello, It’s been a while. I’ve had a lot to process these past couple of years, as we all do. And it’s hard to articulate sometimes. I wanted to say thank you to all the people who’ve shown me so much love and support. I’m looking forward to sharing my music with you again.”

The track is a soulful electronic ditty with Sampha's recognizable vocals crooning over the light instrumentation. "Timmy's Prayer" is a great release and hopefully points towards more new music from Sampha as the year progresses.
