Why do we like this?

Despite the harrowing title "Dead Boys" is the uptempo latest from UK vocalist Sam Fender.

Taken from his debut EP of the same name, this version of the track contains the chilling opening prelude before bursting to life with Fender's spirited vocals and an engaging guitar riff. Electronic flourishes add another element of emotion to the indie guitar work that lays the foundation for the song.

Fender is quite the talent and speaks on important social issues, with "Dead Boys" written about a friend he lost to suicide. The six track EP is a great body of work and well worth a listen.
