Why do we like this?

Oh my goodness gracious, Saint Motel has a brand new single!

I frequently shuffle to the sounds of this Los Angeles quartet when I’m at the gym, or need a mid-day non-caffeinated boost. Their latest release, “Move,” is perfect for both such occassions.

I love the handclap opening, big brass noise, and mo-mo-motion. This song was crafted in the image of that 70s spectrum filter, disco balls, and shiny roller skates. Which is exactly why the guys made a 360 video for the track that begs you to boogie.

The group’s upcoming album, saintmotelevision, will drop on Oct. 21.
